Center of Public Service Innovation Teaching Assistant Kyle Ravi Bell

A research assistant at the Center of Public Service Innovation and Research in Davie, Florida, Kyle Ravi Bell engineered the analytical coding architecture for the organization’s meta-analysis of succession planning in public organizations. His work on the project has enabled the center to evaluate the impact of succession planning on both leadership sustainability and institutional performance. Kyle Ravi Bell also mentors students in areas of quantitative political science research, including design, analysis, and presentations.

At the Center for Public Service Innovation and Research, Kyle Ravi Bell balances his activities with his role as a policy chair for the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA) in New York City. His activities in this role involve supporting global policy initiatives and performing research that advances the United Nations’ international cooperation efforts. He collaborates with a diverse range of WFUNA committees, staff members, and international delegates.

Kyle Ravi Bell earned a degree in political science from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. He continued his education at the university by starting a master's program in computer science in 2025.
